OUR ORGANIZATIONAL WORKING VALUES

  • Our approach centers individuals within and outside of our organization and their lived experiences, acknowledging historical and structural damage while striving for trust and liberation.

  • Our work and the system-level change we seek are only possible through dialogue and partnerships based on reciprocity and a common purpose.

  • We care for the land and other resources with which we are entrusted by observing, listening, and acting with intention.

  • We leverage our privilege to experiment where others cannot, challenging standards and cultivating a growth mindset, individually and as a collective, that recognizes missteps are often a necessary step towards transformation.

  • We recognize that system resilience necessitates being continuously responsive to the ecosystem and our communities and that we must not be afraid to shift course.
