Cook-Along for Food Sovereignty
Celebrate the end of winter and the end of last season's potatoes! Shelley Boris, of Fresh Company and Dolly's Restaurant, will lead a zoom cook-along to benefit the Food Sovereignty Fund. We'll make two types of potato pancakes: tortilla EspaƱola, and latkes with apple sauce and sour cream. The recipe utilizes local apples, onions, eggs, maple syrup, sour cream and heavy cream. We'll send along a shopping list, recipes, and more info in advance of the event. Cook alongside Shelley, and her son Phillip Lewis and absorb the food wisdom, ask questions and end up with a delicious dinner!
