November Farm Dinner
Glynwood's final Farm Dinner of the season features the Modern American cooking style of Chef Brandon Walker, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. Inspired by global flavors as well as his own family roots in the Caribbean and American South, Chef Walker brings an innovative twist to tried and true dishes. Using local, seasonal ingredients whenever possible, he makes an effort to showcase the best that the Hudson Valley has to offer. His restaurant, Essie's is located in the Little Italy section of Poughkeepsie, NY.
