Paul is a senior partner in the New York office of Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP. Paul advises many investment banks, private investment funds and other alternative investment vehicles. He is a frequent speaker and is widely published on securitization, derivatives and regulatory issues.

Paul graduated cum laude with a BA from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public & International Affairs at Princeton University and magna cum laude from Harvard Law School, where he was an Editor of Harvard Law Review.
