Kanchan Koya
Kanchan has a PhD in Biomedical Sciences from Harvard University and a certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. She is the founder of Spice Spice Baby, a platform that brings to light the health benefits of ancient spices and other functional foods to help home cooks enjoy delicious food that can also support their health and vitality. Kanchan is the author of a spice resource and cookbook that was the first self-published cookbook to be featured on the TODAY show. She creates educational content on various online platforms with a mission to make the world a healthier, less disease-prone place.
