Through Glynwood's intensive training sessions, community leaders
build new and vital skills: collaborative problem solving, mediation,
and conflict resolution, among others. They delve into urgent issues
that face today's communities. In the process, they gain confidence,
connect to larger networks, learn through personal experience, and
apply innovative ideas from around the world to their own communities.
